Bloom’s Injury Prevention Program allows you to tackle your health and fitness before an injury occurs. Using a system of objective measurements as well as evidence based functional outcome tests, Dr. Chambers will assess your posture, mobility, strength and movement patterns. You will then be provided with a game plan and individualized program to ensure you stay off the sidelines and out of pain!

Telehealth Sessions and virtual consultations are a convenient alternative to an in-person 1:1 session with your Doctor of Physical Therapy when circumstances don't allow for face to face contact. Perhaps you are on vacation or stuck at the office after a meeting runs late, but really don’t want to miss your weekly session with Dr. Chambers. Telehealth services allow you to meet directly with your Doctor of Physical Therapy via video conference. Technology allows you the opportunity to check in with Dr. Chambers to discuss how you are feeling, be evaluated by her, and then also be directed in movements and exercises to best facilitate your recovery.
